Glad they did, this was by far the best Indian cuisine we have had! The staff were extremely welcoming and polite. We highly recommend this place! Hope to return soon. Lovely food and pleasant service. Obviously family run and it shows. The Mutton Handi was one of the nicest curries I’ve eaten in a restaurant for a long time and it’s what will drive me back again. Ordered too much despite being told 2 nan breads would be too much for the two of us. Never mind I’ve a tea of left over curry and nan for my tea. I make my own curries at home and this is one of the reasons we don’t eat much Indian food out anymore, however this was better than mine which I’ve tailored to our tastes over the years. I’m going to have to reverse engineer it lol. Rob Walford2025-04-18Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service with an interesting range of dishes. Enjoyed the Biryani, the chicken was very tender. The mutton handi has a rich&sour taste. Felt that the chicken tikka masala could have been a little less creamy and have more depth of flavour Will visit again Paul Guffick2025-03-19Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Not your average Indian restaurant. The menu is very different to the norm. We ordered food we hadn't seen or obviously tried before. But the food was excellent, staff very friendly and informative and the naan breads were the best we have had anywhere. All in all a lovely meal. We will definitely be returning to try again.
